Phillip Brown of Kraftwork designed, built and installed a beautiful oak kitchen for our home. I worked with Philip to produce a design particular to my requirements and tastes and he proved himself to be open, practical and creative. Phillip helped in the sourcing of appliances that would compliment the overall design, and built the main kitchen units himself with great care and precision. I was able to visit his workshop on several occasions to see work in progress and he then installed the kitchen painlessly and to schedule. Phillip has successfully designed and installed oak units and bath surrounds for us, as well as bedroom cupboards. I would not hesitate to recommend him for a quality service and approachable manner.

Kraftwork built us a kitchen with real ‘wow’ factor that is both functional, and a pleasure to work in. Phil at Kraftwork designed and made my kitchen and the cabinet fittings for my ensuite bathroom. From a few photographs and a meeting to discuss how I wanted to use the spaces Phil designed, made and installed a beautiful kitchen that works just as I do. All the details that I worried about (the fridge projecting so that it was openable while still recessing it in a housing) he worked through to produce a very clean and beautiful result. He gives fantastic attention to detail and he will think about little touches that lift the design (slanted edges to my pantry shelves) and make your life easier (corian shelf to bathroom cabinet) details that I had not thought about and he just did. My kitchen units have a book matched veneer which must have been a headache in the workshop but has resulted in a very harmonious natural look in my kitchen. He really is an excellent cabinet maker.

We have had our Kraftwork kitchen for 3 years and it is still as beautiful as the day it was installed. We live in an architect designed modern house and the kitchen complements it perfectly. Choosing our kitchen was tricky… there were so many to choose from but we know we could not have found anything that so completely met our design requirements and was so well made. We can’t speak highly enough of Phillip Brown and his company.

Working with Phil to design and build my dream kitchen was exactly that – a dream. I have had the pleasure of working with Phillip on several of my contracts. Not only does he have excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, he also provides the invaluable addition of actually listening to client requirements and will happily suggest (what usually turns out to be better!) design options to tailor their needs.
